We guarantee our product, free returns for items in unworn or unused condition (i.e., original tags, unworn & unwashed, no scuffs on the soles of boots) within 30 days of receipt.  We advise you to try the boots on carpet to avoid scratching the outsoles.

For proper sizing we recomend, order the size you would usualy order or order the size you would wear in a dress shoe.

We make boots in a D or EE instep for Men and regular or extra wide for women. The EE (extra wide) instep makes the boot fit wider. Therfore we recomend those with a wide foot seeking a wider fit order EE or extrta wide instep.

For our customers that have a high instep we recomend ordering a half size larger.

Our Boots are hand made start to finsh.

• Ostrich hides are used as the outer leather for each boot as stated.
• Cow hide for the insole and enterlining of the boot.
• Deer skin shaft with hand stitching and Deer skin pull straps
• Cowhide leather soles half welt stitching, bronze nails and lemon wood pegs.
• Leather stacked heels with ruber heel cap 

Boot Coloring: We use genuine skins therfore each skin naturaly starts off a difrent shade compared to another skin of the same animal. That will result in a shade variance when we color the skins. Boots may be slightly darker or lighter than the pictured color.
