  • I don't know what size to order.
Order the size you would usualy order or order the size you would wear in a dress shoe. We offer D (Regular) and EE (Wide) width. We also give the options of low, reg, or high instep. The instep is the top part of your foot and probably the most import in creating the perfect fitting boot. If you have never been told you have a high or low instep, then your instep is probably regular.
  • What if I have wide feet?
We recomend those with a wide foot seeking a wider fit order EE width.
  • What if I have narrow feet?
We do not offer narrow boots, so we recomend ordering a full size smaller in our D/standard width. Note: A full size is only .9cm (less then the width of your pinky). Don't worry that going down a full size will make the boots too short. It is more important to get the width and instep correct than the size, so you can have a comfortable fitting boot.
  • What if I have a high instep?
We offer instep adjustments for all of our boots. Low, Regular, and High will all be instep options to choose from.
  • The shaft is to narrow, I cant get my foot past the shaft of the boot."
This means you have not ordered the proper size boot. Most often this accures with a high instep and we recomend ordering the same size in a high instep or going up one size.
