Inspired by the Classic western novel Lonesome Dove. The Dragoon refers to the Colt Model 1844 percussion Army Revolver used by Captain Augustus McCrae. The Model 1844 was issued to US Army “Dragoon” regiments.
 
Traditional classic construction: We use American tanned charcoal grey calf skin rough out for the vamp and counter. Along with American tanned white full grain calf skin boot shaft. These boots are made with hand cut vegetable tanned leather toe box, hand cut leather stacked heels, hand cut leather soles measure a very durable 10-11 irons. We use a traditional hard leather insole, a hand cut double channeled welt, hand lasted with a steel shank and lemonwood pegs. The masterfull work by our artisans shows in the beutiful leather woven piping and the revolver inlay. This boot is one of a kind and of the highest quality.
